ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 12.08.2025 in C.C.No. 64 of 2024 as against the Accused No.1 / Balamurugan issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, which is transferred and now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Cr.No.711 of 2021 was registered and a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in C.C.No.64 of 2024; that a nonbailable warrant was issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate; and that subsequently the case was transferred to learned Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Trichy and renumbered as C.C.No.64 of of 2024. 2/4

3. The non-bailable warrant was issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai on 12.08.2025. The case has now been transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this case.

4. Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek fresh warrant from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy and thereafter seek the assistance of the police. 12.11.2025 Indu/ars To
