Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records from the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.587/2011/A2 dated 08-07-2011 and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.N.Sathish Babu (In both petitions) For Respondents : Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah (In both petitions) Government Advocate for R.1 & R.2 Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, for R.3 COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.587/2011/A2 dated 08-07-2011. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous.
