Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Memo No.Estt-I/Admn.I/Trans-CPCLR-2013, dated 03.10.2013, on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to refix the pay of the Petitioners to the tune of Rs.10,000/- on par with the newly appointed Drivers(temporary basis) within the time stipulated by this Court.
