ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the order passed by the respondent, refusing to grant remission to him.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, submitted that already the petitioner was released from prison. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is also not disputing the above fact.
