ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the pay anomaly between the Directly Recruited Revenue Assistants and the Junior Revenue Assistants are yet to be considered by the respondent Nos.1 and 2. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 15.03.2011 and the same is yet to be considered.

2.This Court is of the considered opinion that the pay anomaly is to be considered strictly in accordance with the rules in force. This being the factum, the second respondent is directed to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 15.03.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant Government Orders along with the order passed in this writ petition.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is dispose of. No costs.
