This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the water connection and assessment in the petitioner's name based on his representation dated 25.05.2013 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.At this stage of hearing of the Writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.05.2013. 4.In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.05.

2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the other persons concerned, if any. However, it is made clear, that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
