O R D E R
The impugned award passed by the Labour Court entitles to the second respondent to receive a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as compensation under the voluntary retirement scheme, which is reported to have been deposited in the Labour Court, Madurai on 21.01.2001 for which proof has been filed. 2.On a perusal of the grounds of challenge in this Writ Petition, this Court does not find any infirmity or error in the impugned award of the Labour Court. Hence, the award of the Labour Court stands confirmed. The second respondent is entitled to directly withdraw the sum of Rs.20,000/- deposited in the Labour Court.
