ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2011.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that a TASMAC shop is located near an Ayyappan Temple and a representation has been given on 20.06.2011 and the same has not been considered so far. Hence the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 fairly submits that the shop is situate within the prescribed area and the same shall be removed for the benefit of the temple going public.

4.We record the said statement made by the learned counsel and direct the District Collector to cause inspection and remove the said TASMAC shop, if it is within the prescribed area and such action should be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
