ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.08.2012 for issuance of patta.

2.According to the petitioner, he is in possession and occupation of land to an extent of 448 sq.ft. in Survey No.754/40 and he submitted a representation for issuance of patta for the above said land. been passed so far. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition.

3.Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P (MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
