This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to refer the case of the petitioners in the common award No.56/2009, dated 06.05.2010 to the Arbitration under section 3G(5) of The National Highways Act,1956 for redetermine of compensation amount.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.08.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.08.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
