ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary legal action against the third respondent on the petitioner's petition dated 13.07.2011.

2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that action has already been taken against the third respondent and produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.A4/2721/2012 dated 29.05.2010, in that regard.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
