Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2013 and to transfer the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.M4/15790/2013 to some other competent authority to decide the matter independently.

2. Actually, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer before the District Revenue Officer, which is still pending. If at all the petitioner's legal heirs has got any grievance, they are at liberty to implead themselves in the proceedings pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
