The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner regarding the revocation of the suspension order dated 15.10.2007.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the writ petitioner was terminated from service and thus, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition has become vanished and no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
