JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by P. VELMURUGAN, J.) This petition has been filed to stay the operation of the order passed by the writ Court in W.P.(MD).No.30834 of 2025, dated 31.10.2025.

2.It is informed by both the parties that "Annadhanam (distribution of food)" has already been started in the place, where the respondent sought it.

3.Since the "Annadhanam (distribution of food)" has already been started as prayed for, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
