ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 419, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.405 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner was arrested in some other case.
