Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent (State) to give a compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- (Twenty lakh only) to the petitioner for the accident met with on 27.07.2010 due to the negligent of the 6th and 7th respondent and pass such further or other orders of this Hon'ble High Court.
