Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Moo.Mu.No.2260-A2-2013 dated 8.10.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner herein as a member of the fourth respondent's School Committee as per the seniority and in accordance with law without any further delay.

ORDER

The impugned order of the second respondent, dated 08.10.2013 not including the name of the petitioner as a member of the fourth respondent School Committee is under challenge in this writ petition. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the term of the School Committee members already expired on 31.08.2016.

2.Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner is permitted to make a representation for consideration of his case in future vacancies. In the event of receiving any such representation, the same may be consider on merits and in accordance with law. 3.With these observation, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
