For petitioner : Mr.T.Aswin Raja Simman For Respondents : Mr.M.Siddharthan Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2 COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed challenging impugned order in R.No. 12049675/E2/S1/2025 dated 26.10.2025 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent No.2 to permit the petitioner to join in the post of Lab Technician Grade - III at Naduvurkarai Primary Health Centre Kanyakumari District in pursuance to the transfer order issued by the Respondent No.2 dated 26.02.2021 by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.10.2025.

2. The petitioner had been originally transferred by proceedings dated 26.02.2021 in the post of Lab Technician Grade -III at Naduvurkarai Primary Health Centre, Kanyakumari District. Seeking to implement the same, she had filed a WP(MD)No.31379 of 2025 in which this Court was inclined to pass orders at which point of time it is brought to the Court that by order dated 26.05.2025, the petitioner was transferred to the very same place and she had also joined in the said place. Hence this Court had directed the respondent to look into as to whether any vacancy is available in Kanyakumari District. 3/6

Pursuant to the directions given by this Court, written instructions had been placed before this Court that the representation of the petitioner for transfer would be considered on priority basis in the next arising vacancy in the Nagercoil Health Union District or nearby Health Union Districts, as such as Tirunelveli or Thoothukudi District.

3. The written instructions is taken on record. These Writ petitions stand disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and transfer the petitioner on priority basis in any next arising vacancy in the Nagercoil Health Union District in the next arising vacancy.
