Heard both sides.
2.Meenakshiamman Kanmoi receives water from Kottakudi river only on Saturdays. The petitioner wants reception of the water from the said river to be increased. The petitioner points out that water is received by another water body known as Bangarusamy Nayakkan Kanmoi. The Ayakattu area of Bangarusamy Nayakkan Kanmoi has reduced. The petitioner therefore wants the water received by the other water body to be diverted to Meenakshiamman Kanmoi. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation on 09.10.2025.

3.It is the third respondent who is the authority competent to go into the issue. I cannot pass any positive order since the persons associated with Bangarusamy Nayakkan Kanmoi are not before me. I, therefore, direct the third respondent to conduct enquiry and issue notices to all the interested parties particularly, particularly, the Ayakattutars associated with Bangarusamy Nayakkan Kanmoi and pass a speaking order. This exercise shall be completed by the third respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
