This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor, to entertain the application in SR.No.4199 of 2025 in O.S.No.10 of 2019 dated 23.09.2025 and to number the above interlocutory application filed under Order XI Rule 14 of CPC.

2. Considering the limited order passed in this petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petition filed by the petitioner herein has been returned as not maintainable raising an issue with regard to the merits in the petition. Hence the return made by the Court below is set aside and the learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor, is directed to number the application and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition disposed of. No costs.
