PRAYER :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12829 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.13401 of 2025 vide its order dated 07.10.2025. For Petitioners :

Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12829 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.13401 of 2025 vide its order dated 07.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, the conditions imposed by this Court is relaxed and the first petitioner alone is directed to report before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
