ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2013 and issue experience certificate of working as Assistant Professor in Chemistry in the third respondent college.
2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he was working in Aditanar College of Arts and Science, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District, as Assistant Professor in Chemistry from 01.03.2010 to 25.07.2013. The approval of appointment was pending during the relevant point of time. However, the salary due to the writ petitioner was not paid. But he was working in the college for more than three years and nine months in the permanent sanctioned post. The petitioner was signing in the regular staff maintenance register. Under these circumstances, the experience certificate sought for was also not granted. Therefore, the experience certificate has to be issued by the third respondent college, which is to be counter signed by the first respondent. 3.
Under these circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.07.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed send a copy of the representation both to the respondents 2 and 3 and documents if any along with a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
