Prayer in WP(MD).No.8573 of 2011: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the combined seniority list of B.T. Assistants, Tamil Pandits and Primary School Headmasters in the Vedasanthur Panchayat Union Block dated 01.01.2011 and the consequential impugned seniority list dated 01.01.2011 on the file of the 4th respondent and approved by the 3rd respondent in respect of promotion to the post of Middle School Headmaster in Vedasanthur Panchayat Union, Dindigul District and quash the same as illegal and incompetent and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to prepare a revised seniority list giving weightage to the date of joining service as a B.T. Assistant.

Prayer in WP(MD).No.8575 of 2011: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned seniority list dated 01.01.2011 on the file of the 4th respondent and approved by the 3rd respondent in respect of promotion to the post of Middle School Headmaster in Reediarchatram Panchayat Union, Dindigul District and quash the same as illegal and incompetent and arbitrary and consequently direct the 4th respondent to prepare a revised seniority list giving weightage to the date of joining service as a B.T. Assistant.

ORDER
