The petitioners have come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to form the rainwater drainage channel with prescribed standard of materials and also without digging the LN Puram main road in Aranthangi Municipality.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents R1 and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3.

3. The 3rd respondent is present before this Court today. On his instructions, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that already part of the work has been completed and the remaining will be completed within a period of (*)Six months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the respondents 2 and 3, no further direction could be granted in this writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
