(Order of this Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN. J.,) This Writ Appeal is preferred against the order passed in WP(MD)No.31054 of 2025, dated 31/10/2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Since this writ appeal is filed against the interim order, dated 31/10/2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court, in WP(MD)No.31054 of 2025, the Writ Appeal is not maintainable. The appellant has got alternative remedy before the civil Court in the pending proceedings or before the learned Single Judge of this Court, who passed the impugned order, after filing a report in the main writ petition. So, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.
