The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 99 days in filing a petition to restore the second appeal, which was dismissed for default on 27.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to allow the petition.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
