ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the first respondent to implement the order dated 25.08.2025 passed in Cr.M.P.No.516 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the directions of the learned Magistrate, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.615 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
