ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representations dated 09.05.2025, 27.09.2025 and 06.10.2025 and stall the unlawful obstruction and nuisance caused by the respondents 5 and 6.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the 2/4
