Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on 09.10.2013 and conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2013, and conduct an enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, respondents 2 and 3 are office bearers of Sivakasi Muslim Shafi Madhuhaa, Periya Pallivasal Jamath, Sivakasi and acting against the interest of Jamath. Therefore, he has given representation to the first respondent on 09.10.2013, to take action against the respondents 2 and 3 and conduct an enquiry, based on the representation of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the term of the respondents 2 and 3 is already over and now, they are not office bearers of Jamath.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
