O R D E R

By relying on a judgement and decree in O.S.No.26 of 2022 and O.S.No.58 of 2022 as also the joint pattas, the petitioner had applied online in May 2025 for conducting a survey of land in survey Nos.93/5G and 93/4C. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the fifth respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's application for a survey after issuing notice to all the pattadars under patta Nos.2254 and 2/5

3. The petitioner has placed on record a judgment and decree declaring the petitioner's rights in relation to the relevant properties. Joint pattas bearing the name of the petitioner are also on record. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request for a survey.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to all the pattadars in patta Nos.2254 and 2256. Notice shall also be issued to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from the above persons shall be taken into consideration before undertaking a survey. The entire process shall be concluded within three
