(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to repair the road from Sengudi to Eettiyathidal so as to operate the Mini Bus as well as the bus route through Ettiyathidal Village, Ramnad District.

2.Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the road leading from Sengudi to Eettiyathidal is already repaired. The said submission is recorded. In so far as the contention of bus route is concerned, the petitioner is entitled to make a representation before the authority concerned. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above terms.
