Prayer in W.P(MD)No.18008 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.663/2013/C1, dated 25.10.2013 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to promote the Petitioner herein as Sanitary Supervisor in the existing promotional vacancy in the third respondent/Municipality. Prayer in W.P(MD)No.15947 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to promote the Petitioner herein to the post of Sanitary Supervisor

in the third respondent/Municipality as per the Circular of the second respondent dated 28.8.2009 by following the procedure of promotional avenue.
