C-60 To relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.15311/2025 dt. 16.09.2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15311 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 40 days. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 40 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15311 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15311 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.''
