Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return the cheque No.78618 dated 05.08.2013 drawn on State Bank of India, Kamarajar Salai Branch, Madurai or refund the Tax amount collected illegally and without authority of law at the time of inspection by way of cheque for a sum of Rs.6,29,394/- vide Cheque No.788618 dated 05.08.2013 drawn on State Bank of India, kamarajar Salai Branch Maudrai, from the petitioner.
