This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of any criminal complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint against the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No.17 of 2025 has been registered.
