This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction petitioner's remaining retirement financial benefits with interest by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 and to disburse the balance amount available to the petitioner's credit, together with statutory interest as applicable, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
