The plea of the petitioner is that his name should be removed from the history sheet and that his nickname should also be removed. The respondent has passed an order stating that the petitioner has six previous cases pending him and at this stage his name cannot be removed. Hence, the respondent denied to remove the petitioner's name from history sheet. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, since the issue cannot be decided in contempt proceedings.

2. As far as the nickname is concerned, the respondent has removed the same.
