ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.20198 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the amount due to the petitioner, Rs.11,43,582/- has been paid vide cheque dated 17.11.2025. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same and submits that the petitioner is entitled for more amount than the amount which has been paid. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has caused loss to the Society and therefore, the loss caused by the petitioner has been withheld and the balance amount has been paid to the petitioner. It was also communicated to the petitioner, vide proceedings dated 17.11.2025.

5.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 17.11.2025.
