ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to register the document No.P201100022, submitted on 21.03.2011, which was executed by the petitioner in favour of one Ramakrishnan, with regard to the land, admeasuring 440 square feet, comprised in Survey No.587/2A, Kalappakulam village.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned, afresh.

3.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh, if so advised. No costs.
