ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to take on file and dispose of the appeal dated 19.08.2025 filed by petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a proceedings of the first respondent dated 04.11.2025, wherein, the first respondent had disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.08.2025.

3. In view of the same, there is no further adjudication is required to be made in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 04.11.2025, if he is so advised. No costs.
