Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 to register the sale document in favour of the petitioner and his children who all are the legal heirs of the petitioner's husband Late. Thiru.Selvarangarajan by giving appropriate advices to their subordinates Respondents No.3 and 4 to register the sale deed document within a specified time frame as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the respondent No.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 to register the sale document in favour of the petitioner and his children who all are the legal heirs of the petitioner's husband Late. Thiru.Selvarangarajan by giving appropriate advices to their subordinates Respondents No.3 and 4 to register the sale deed document."

2. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the 2nd respondent would consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.10.2025.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. This Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.10.2025 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4 and hearing objections. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
