The petitioner challenges the order rejecting his request for being recognized as the Secretary of the Sattamuni Saliar Primary School, Muthusamipuram and placing the school under direct payment.

2. It is now stated that the petitioner has died and on 15.10.2015, the authorities recognized the petitioner's son Somasundaram as the Secretary of the said institution. Therefore nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos. 2 and 3 of 2013 are closed.
