ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.07.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.18720 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the remaining portion of the unacquired portion of the land has been rendered useless on account of the part of the land acquired by the respondents. Accordingly, this Court directed that the grievance shall be put forth before the concerned authority during the award enquiry and the same shall be considered. 2/4
3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had appeared before the concerned authority prior to the passing of the award and after the petitioner's objection was considered, the award was passed.
4.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would question the award before the concerned authority. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, no further order is required in this contempt petition and the contempt petition stands closed.
