ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent State Information Commission to take appropriate action as against the third respondent as per Section 20(1) of Right to Information Act in the light of petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2013, further direct the third respondent to furnish exact information to him. 2.Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the third respondent as per Section 20(1) of Right to Information Act in the light of petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2013, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief for issuing direction to the first respondent, to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2013.

3.In view of the same, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the first respondent and to give a fresh representation for his grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
