The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs.
