Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

2. The allegation of the intervenor is that the petitioner has obtained patta in respect of the temple land. The cancellation proceedings appear to have been initiated. I make it clear that without putting the petitioner on notice and without hearing him, no final order should be passed. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
