*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner is stated to be in possession of the property in D.No.6,8/105, Bagavathsing Road, Kaliamman Kovil Backside, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. Since there is a move to evict him, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. There is nothing on record to show that the respondents have initiated action against the petitioner. Even if the petitioner is an encroacher, still he is entitled to notice before passing orders of eviction.
