ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the third respondent. Though the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent sought to make a submission, I made it clear that no notice has been issued to the private respondent.

2.The land in question is a patta land. This Court is not at present concerned with who has title or who is in possession. The prayer in the writ petition is that the official respondents ought to be restrained from dispossessing the writ petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions states that they have no role in the matter and that they will completely keep off from the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

4.Recording submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. The lis between the writ petitioner and the private respondents will have to be adjudicated only before the jurisdictional Civil Court. The Writ Court is not expressing any opinion on that issue. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
