ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's petition dated 21.04.2025 filed under Section 24 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, pending in Na.Ka.No.A6/2752/2025 23-04-2025 by conducting property enquiry within a time frame. 2.Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
