PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.11741/2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12999 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and thus render justice.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No.11741/2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 12999 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.11741/2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12999 of 2025 on 03.09.2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11741 of 2025 in CRL OP(MD) No.12999 of 2025 on 03.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearings.
